*Materials presented in this packet have been compiled by members of the NYSBA, Environmental Law Section from several sources, including the United States Environmental Protection Agency; New York State Department of Environmental Conservation; American Bar Association; and Children's Environmental Literacy Foundation.

In addition, the link http://fishkillcreekwatershed.org/FCWC/pubs.htm will provide you with an environmental education program consisting of a high school biology and earth science curriculum.  The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, Dutchess County Environmental Management Council, Fishkill Creek Watershed Committee, Dutchess County Water and Wastewater Authority and the Hudson Basin Riverwatch participated in the creation of the cirrculum.  The course study was developed to be applicable to any watershed and serves as a model for the entire State of New York.
