This unique full-day program will examine a variety of topics critical to the matrimonial law practitioner. The program will begin with a review of the latest cases, legislation and trends in matrimonial and family law Presenters will tackle vexing ethical challenges unique to the areas of matrimonial and family law through the use of “real life” hypothetical scenarios and in-depth audience discussions providing 2.0 ethics redits.
