Labor and Employment Law Section
Jonathan Ben-Asher of Manhattan is the new chair of the 2,358-member Labor and Employment Law Section.
Ben-Asher is a partner at Ritz Clark & Ben-Asher. He represents parties in employment disputes, including those involving employment contracts, executive compensation, whistleblowing, retaliation and employment discrimination.
A 17-year member of the State Bar, Ben-Asher most recently served as first vice-chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section.
Ben-Asher is a graduate of Columbia University and earned his law degree from New York University School of Law. He lives in Maplewood, NJ.
