Earamichia N. Brown of New York City was elected a member at-large of the Executive Committee.

Brown is investigative counsel for the State Inspector General.  She was previously director of Intake and Intelligence at the Office of the Inspector General Metropolitan Transportation Authority and spent more than 10 years as an assistant district attorney in the Bronx District Attorney’s Office.

She is a member of the board of the New York Bar Foundation and has served as a member of the State Bar’s Membership Committee, House of Delegates, Special Committee on Rules, Special Committee of the President for the Civil Rights Agenda, and is co-chair of the Task Force on Gun Violence.  She was chair of the New York State Conference of Bar Leaders.

Brown graduated from George Mason University, Fairfax, Virginia, and Howard University School of Law, Washington, D.C.
