The New York State Bar Association’s Intellectual Property Law Section and the Committee on Continuing Legal Education are pleased to present Intellectual Property Law for the General Practitioner.  

In this basic-level program, the seasoned faculty will present a nuts and bolts overview of copyright and trademark registration practice while addressing the various litigation challenges that may arise in those areas. The program will also address important areas of licensing, trade secrets, patent prosecution and issues with litigating patents.
