Health Law Section presents

Program Integrity and Enforcement: The Government Perspective

Co-sponsored by the New York City Bar Health Law Committee

Friday, September 12, 2014
8:30 AM – 3:00 PM

The Yale Club of New York City – Trumbull Room
50 Vanderbilt Avenue (across from Grand Central Station)
New York, NY 10017

This program presents an opportunity for attorneys and consultants that represent healthcare clients and entities (doctors, hospitals, nursing homes and other medical providers as well as businessmen who deal with these providers and joint venture with them) to see and perhaps talk with the federal and state enforcement representatives who are on the front lines of interpreting the appropriate enforcement of law in this complex fast evolving area.

Highlights of the program include two panel discussions. The first will feature four United States Attorneys (presenting the civil and criminal perspectives); the second will include representatives from the New York State Attorney General’s Office and the New York State Office of the Medicaid Inspector General. The audience will have the opportunity to ask questions of both panels.
