With the overwhelming majority of cases settling or being disposed of prior to trial, most litigators go through the pre-trial steps without giving the proper consideration to preparing their case for trial from inception.  This CLE will examine best practices for utilizing the pre-trial procedure to develop your case so as to put your client in the strongest and most prepared position if and when the case is ready for disposition on summary judgment or trial.
