This panel will provide guidance to counsel on how to leverage the DTSA to protect intellectual property rights and employers’ interests. Our speakers will examine key sections of the DTSA such as the ex parte seizure provision, and discuss tactical considerations of actions under the DTSA. They will also explore the differences between the Uniform Trade Secrets Act and the DTSA, and the DTSA’s effect on state laws and causes of action.
