Regional Meeting of European Chapters
March 6-7, 2014
Please join the International Law Section of the New York State Bar Association for its regional meeting in Paris. This 2 day program will begin with a meeting of the Executive Committee and of European Chapters on March 6. It will be followed on March 7 by a full-day seminar hosted by the Paris Bar Association at the Maison du Barreau on the Ile de la Cité covering the following challenging topics. Throughout this regional meeting, you will have the opportunity to participate to several networking events and enjoy the City of Lights and Love.

- What are the key issues when drafting an international contract?
- Bridging the civil law and common law differences in international arbitration.
- Tricks and tips for the acknowledgment of foreign court proceedings and the enforcement of foreign judgments in the US and Europe.
This program will offer 6 hours of NY CLE credit.
