Program Description:

author of the popular Ben Kincaid Series, William Bernhardt, to share writing and
editing techniques designed to maximize your legal writing skills. A follow-up to his popular course 11 Steps to Superior Legal Writing, Persuasive Legal Writing focuses on writing to persuade in everything from litigation documents (briefs to memos) and correspondence. It builds on many of the principles established in Superior Legal Writing, but it is not necessary to take the first class in order to benefit from the second.
