Description:
Leading practitioners knowledgeable about representation in Family court proceedings will provide an overview of best practices and offer practical advice and strategies. The day-long CLE will cover the outer boundaries of Article 10, best practices for representing third parties and relatives, provide an overview of defending and prosecuting cases involving domestic violence, and cover the UIFSA, UCCJEA, ICWA and the Hague Convention. The CLE will feature a panel of experienced practitioners who willdiscuss special considerations in Family Court proceedings and offer practical suggestions and strategies for how to best represent your clients.
