Program Description:
Topics to be discussed will include the basics of filing a trademark application with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, as well as in other jurisdictions and under international treaties, tips for best practices, and how to avoid common trademark registration pitfalls. Practitioners of all levels who are interested in learning or brushing up on the trademark registration process are welcome.
