Intellectual Property Law Section Course Curriculum

Members of the Intellectual Property Law Section enjoy exploring the range of legal issues related to Intellectual Property Law including receiving the newsletter Bright Ideas and access to the Section's online membership directory. The web site serves as a great online resource to general practitioners, business, civic and governmental organizations. Participate in programs like Bridging the Gap, the annual fall event, or at NYSBA's Annual Meeting. Serve on committees such as Copyright Law, Internet Law, and Trademark Law, and earn MCLE credit. The Section also sponsors joint programs with law schools including an annual law student writing contest with winning articles appearing in Bright Ideas.
