Committee for Bar Leaders of New York State Mission Statement
The Committee for Bar Leaders of New York State is first and foremost an organization for bar leaders dedicated to providing a forum for the exchange of information and ideas.
The Committee works to advance the objectives of the organized bar, encourages communication and collaboration among bar associations, promotes leadership development for present and future bar leaders, hosts workshops and programs that provide educational opportunities and foster networking.

These awards recognize how bar associations adapt to the needs of their members and the community at large by introducing new programs, ideas and methodologies that benefit everyone involved. Awards are handed out each year during the Bar Leader's Innovation Awards Ceremony and breakfast, which takes place on the Friday of NYSBA's Annual Meeting in January.
