Information for Bar Applicants with Disabilities:
The ABA Commission on Mental and Physical Disability Law recently released a brand new free directory for bar applicants with disabilities that offers information on what each state bar requires in terms of requesting accommodations and the questions asked for character and fitness (as they relate to disabilities).  The directory also has a listing of applicable state laws and cases that are relevant to these two issues.  Visit http://ambar/biad.
