full-day CLE program will explore a number of complex substantive and
procedural issues in the insurance coverage area.

disclaimers. This year’s update will include coverage analysis and execution,
representation of insurance companies and insureds where misrepresentation or
fraud is suspected in the insurance application or in the presentment of a
claim and examination of coverage for property damage.
