Commercial Leasing Committee

The general mission of the Commercial Leasing Committee is to identify and address issues arising in connection with the leasing of commercial space in New York State, with a focus on New York City.
This purpose shall be carried out through quarter-annual meetings, during which presentations on current legal issues and relevant topics are given by leading experts in the applicable subjects and fields of interest. The quarter-annual meetings are open to members of the Commercial Leasing Committee; all members of the Real Property Law Section are welcome to join
The meetings usually last 2 hours and often qualify for CLE credit for attendees (likewise 2 hours).
Organization and Meetings:
The Committee has two Co-Chairs.
The committee co-chairs are open to suggestions and recommendations as to the nature of the programs and the selection of speakers.
