Presenting Part II of a Trial Institute for the Family Court Practitioner!
This fast-paced program will be almost all demonstration by experienced family lawyers representing parents in a support proceeding.
This “mock trial” program is a continuation of the innovative multi-part CLE Series offered by the Family Law Section and is specifically tailored to provide practical guidance for the Family Court practitioner. This course will provide registrants with a fresh look at proven trial techniques and styles of the successful family lawyers on the faculty.
Who Should Attend: Attorneys (including newly-admitted lawyers and pro bono counsel) who handle, or may handle, hearings seeking orders of support, adjudication of contempt, or a modification of support for marital and non-marital parties.

IMPORTANT NOTICE--PARTIAL CREDIT FOR PROGRAM SEGMENTS NOT ALLOWED:
Under the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board Regulations and Guidelines, attendees at CLE programs cannot get MCLE credit for a program segment (typically, a lecture or panel, of which there are usually several in a program) unless they are present for the entire segment. Those who arrive late, depart early, or are absent for any portion of the segment WILL NOT receive credit for that program segment.
