CPLR Update | Motions for Summary Judgment - Webinar
Program Description
Summary judgment remains one of the most important devices in the procedural arsenal. Yet, many of these motions are decided on technical grounds, based on unnecessary errors or omissions. We will examine recent developments in the area, the most significant timing and evidentiary issues and how to avoid the pitfalls under our current varied system throughout the state.
