This program will provide comprehensive updates on a wide variety of hazardous waste and site remediation issues, on both the federal and state level.
The luncheon speaker, Christopher Goeken, Esq., Executive Director, New York State Association of Public Broadcasting Stations (Formerly Director of Public Policy & Government Relation, New York League of Conservation Votors), will speak on "The Impact of the 2016 Elections on Federal and State Environmental Agendas."
The afternoon panel discussions including attorneys and experienced technical professionals, will explore the emerging issues of PFOA in drinking water. The program will close with a session on the challenging issue of conflicts of interest in Superfund sites.
