This panel will address the liability impact of workers compensation law on the personal injury action. Topics include employer immunity, 1b coverage, the grave injury standard and impleader practice, and the 1% rule which involves the interplay between workers compensation and no-fault statutes; and legal update and significant decisions that impact the industry.
